Contactless Delivery

Mawson Halal Market provides Flat Rate Delivery for orders that are between $149 and $249. Orders below $149 can't be delivered. The Flat Rate for delivery is $3.90 when an order is between $149 and $249. Orders over $249 qualify for free delivery.

Next day delivery is available by default but delivery slots are limited per day and can't be selected if they have already been booked out. 

If a customer fails to be at a delivery address at the planned time of delivery, the order will have to be picked-up via the Drive-Thru the next day or a new delivery will be organised with an additional charge.

If we fail to deliver an order for any reason, the customer will be advised and the delivery will be re-booked.

We deliver to all postcodes within Canberra, Queanbeyan, and Jerrabomberra.


Returns and Incomplete Orders

Out of Stock Goods

If any goods that you have ordered are out of stock, we will contact you and you will have the option to proceed with the order without the unavailable goods, delay the collection until the goods are available again, or cancel the whole order. You will receive a refund based on the option you select.

Missing Goods

In the unlikely event that certain ordered goods were not included with your order, please contact us and we will ensure that you receive your missing goods or you are refunded the full value of the missing goods.

Rotten or Damaged Goods

Returns for rotten or damaged goods lasts 2 days. You must contact us within 2 days regarding all rotten or damaged goods. you can contact us by using the feedback form, sending us an email, or calling us.

If 2 days have elapsed since your purchase and you haven't contacted us, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, the goods must be returned in the same condition that you received them. Goods can be returned to to Mawson Halal Market, 2/79 Mawson Place, Mawson ACT 2607, Australia. 

Change of mind

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned. This includes all meats, fruits, and vegetables.


Once your refund for rotten or damaged goods is accepted and approved, the applicable amount will be returned to you via the original payment method used.
